Denby – Manor Green Milk Jug Half Pint – Sold A very nice Half Pint Milk Jug from Denby’s Manor Green pattern.  This is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.  Stamped on the base with the special Denby stamp.  During the early 1950’s the designs of Albert Colledge, along with his son Glyn, helped usher in a new era of Denby stoneware tableware. Amongst the many designs they produced, perhaps the most notable and enduring was Greenwheat. Launched in 1955 (and lasting until ’76) the range was hand crafted and hand painted, meaning no two items were quite identical.
